Ellips B.V. is a company active in industrial process automation and specializes in electronic systems for the grading and sorting of fruit and vegetables. These systems are specially designed for machine manufacturers to allow easy integration with new grading machines.

Also the Ellips electronics can be connected to an existing grading machine, or even better, a retrofitted machine. Computers and several in-house developed hardware interfaces are used in combination with sophisticated software algorithms in order to accurately determine the properties of a fruit or vegetable.
